As a service provider in the sector of open source software, Emlix offers Know-how and development services in the field of customer-specific system development, board support, application development and seminars.
Emlix is our key partner supporting Linux OS in the Arrow EPC. A Full Board-Support Package as well as a Software Update Utility and Graphical User Interface has been developed for the EPC. Emlix also supports customers using the EPC with dedicated SW Driver development, Bootloader modifications and training.
Headquartered in Germany, Hitex is an internationally active expert for embedded systems. Hitex offers development tools like emulators, debuggers, compilers, bus-protocol analyzers and software stacks for embedded developments. In addition, embedded developers are supported by Hitex with HW and SW development and test services, consulting and training. Building on their experience in embedded development and especially ARM and Cortex products, Hitex provides development services for EPC modules, such as the ARM9 based LPC3250 Processor Board. Together with Arrow, Hitex offers hands-on training for products and technologies involved in the EPC.

Oregano Systems - Design & Consulting GmbH provides design and consulting services in the area of the integration of complex electronic systems. We specialize in using state-of-the-art integration technologies like FPGAs, ASICs, or embedded processors. In addition to offering design services Oregano Systems has developed a novel method for clock synchronization via conventional 10/100/1000 Mbit Ethernet networks. This technology permits extremely precise clock synchronization (down to less than 10 ns) together with a set of fault tolerant mechanisms. Being based on the IEEE1588 protocol we chose the brand name SYN1588® for our products. Oregano contributes to the Arrow EPC with this special expertise.

Sevenstax contributes to the Arrow EPC with Internet protocol stacks, web server application software and development services. It also offers training centered around Ethernet and networking for TCP/IP and plug and play mechanisms.
STL is a service provider specialized on advanced drives & motion control technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in development of microcontroller-/DSP-based drive systems (SW & HW) STL is focused on PMSM/BLDC/ACIM solutions. STL supports partners starting from the initial conception, specification, implementation to a production ready design.
Additionally to the focus on drive & motion development STL supports customers in implementing of industrial communication interfaces like CAN. DrivePad is a PC-based motor driver setup utility developed by STL and is adaptable to customers specifications. STL has developed the control-software for ACIM as a part of Arrows EPC concept. Actually STL is designing an ACIM-motor control board compatible to Arrows EPC. STL preferably utilizes DSPs and ARM Cortex M3 as motor controller platforms.

Thesycon Systemsoftware & Consulting GmbH specialises in device drivers for Windows, Windows CE/Mobile and Linux, embedded software components, USB and IEEE 1394 (FireWire) technologies.
The product range is based on universal drivers, driver templates and development tools for Windows operating systems. It includes USBIO and VHPD1394, software development kits for USB and IEEE 1394 respectively. Each kit contains a generic device driver which provides Win32 applications with direct access to devices on the bus. Thesycon also provide embedded software stacks for microcontrollers. So customers are able to get a complete software solution consisting of device driver and firmware. Thesycon contributes to the Arrow EPC with USB software solutions.
For more than 20 years TMG Technologie und Engineering has very successfully supported national and international companies in the conception, specification, implementation and certification of development procedures in industrial information and communication technology. We master the following technology: PROFIBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, IO-Link, TCI, EDD, FDT and further field bus and industrial Ethernet systems. However, TMG also supports the companies when operating networked systems and makes own products available.
For the Embedded Platform Concept TMG provides solutions for IO-Link. TMG offers development services, IO-Link stacks and device integration software.
X-SPEX focus is on electronic devices with "digital signal processing". X-SPEX supports the full product design cycle from first product ideas to mass production. Xyco Technologies AG provides design IP for the latest low power embedded Intel architecture systems. They support the Arrow EPC with x86 IP Modules and hardware design services. This includes the connection of the Intel architecture to industrial applications through PCI express and an FPGA.
