The Arrow Supply Assurance program supports our customer’s ongoing demand for electronic parts after a component manufacturer has discontinued production of finished components and die-level products. The new 800 V MOSFET family from Fairchild has the lowest gate charge for a given RDS(ON) and the lowest output stored energy. The full product family of 26 devices ranges from a 60 milliohm product in a TO247 package (in development) to a 4.3 ohm product in IPAK.

The LTM®4644 is a quad DC/DC step-down μModule (micromodule) regulator with 4 A per output. Outputs can be paralleled in an array for up to 16 A capability. Included in the package are the switching controllers, power FETs, inductors and support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 4 V.
